Panji Gumilang arrived at Bareskrim Polri at around 1:50 PM local time. He came dressed in a blue shirt and a traditional cap (peci). Panji was questioned in his capacity as a witness and a reported party. The completion of the interrogation was confirmed by the police at 10:28 PM local time.
It is worth noting that there are two police reports (LP) filed against Panji Gumilang at Bareskrim Polri. The first report was submitted by the Forum of Advocates for the Defense of Pancasila (FAPP). The FAPP report was registered under Number: LP/B/163/VI/2023/SPKT/BARESKRIM POLRI.
The second report was filed by Ken Setiawan, the Founder of the NII Crisis Center. This report was registered under Number: LP/B/169/VI/2023/SPKT/BARESKRIM POLRI, dated June 27, 2023.
In both reports, Panji is accused of violating Article 156A of the Indonesian Criminal Code (KUHP) regarding Blasphemy. The police have stated that both reports have been combined for investigation purposes. (MDS)
